Hoppin Pils 500g – WHC Lab
A lager yeast that is targeted towards IPL styles and/or dry hopped lagers. It produces some biotransformation that can elevate the hop profile on the clean base beer; this strain is also characterized by its high attenuation rate. It is a yeast strain that is commonly used for the brewing of bock, german lagers, kolsch, lagers and pilsners.

Oxygenation and/or rehydration may not be needed for generation 0 but may be beneficial.
It is recommended to have a pitch rate of at least 100g per hl of wort for a standard gravity brew (1.045). Pitch rate is between 100-150g/hl of wort.
Intended Fermentation Temperature: 10-15 degrees.
